Project: Creative Product Descriptions for Lawnchair Hardware
Lawnchair Hardware distributes hardware for skateboarding and is by far one of the coolest hardware companies I have ever seen. They have a satirical tone to their brand that shows deep-rooted respect for skateboarding while also poking fun at it. I crafted these descriptions to both reflect the hilarious brand voice and to resonate with the skateboard culture.
This project entailed resizing product photos in Photoshop, uploading them to the Shopify platform, and writing humorous yet professional descriptions. It was gravely pertinent that the description simultaneously matched the brand’s humor while not deterring customers. Furthermore, I provided on-page SEO writing for each product, too.
